“Hole System”
The “Hole System”, a motorized torch guide for cutting holes, uses low-cost air plasma for rapid cutting of quality holes in pipe. Air plasma technology cuts by electrically ionizing and superheating a stream of air out of the torch nozzle. Air plasma has quickly become the preferred process for cutting metals offering many advantages over other methods: utilizes low cost shop air, cuts at higher speeds, and produces high quality cuts with a minimum of distortion. NAP’s “Hole System” has become the standard hole cutting system in the Fire Sprinkler Industry.
